The space Our place is tailored for travelers' convenience. The main bedroom features a King-size bed, bedside furnishings, and a study table. The ensuite includes separate overhead and hand showers, as well as a vanity. We provide cleaned towels, extra bed linen, an Iron, and Ironing board. Please note, our advertised guest limit is strictly adhered to. For additional needs, kindly discuss them with us beforehand. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. Upon arrival, park on Merrill Street, then enter through the middle small gate and proceed through the right-hand side gate at the back of the house. The suite, accessible via the back sliding door, offers a complete living area furnished with a 47-inch TV equipped with Netflix, a computer, and Wi-Fi. Instructions for the smart TV are available; for TV channels, adjust the input type in the bottom right-hand corner menu. The living room includes a comfortable couch, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dining and coffee tables, and essential amenities. Conveniently situated 5 minutes from the Melbourne (M1) Freeway, a 30-minute drive to the CBD, less than 10 minutes to Monash University and Monash Hospital, and a 15-minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre—the fashion capital of Melbourne. However, a BBQ machine with a side burner is available in the alfresco area for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. While public transport is an option for reaching the CBD, having a car is highly convenient for exploring various tourist spots as public transport may not cover all destinations. 4.
