On the ground floor there is a living area with sofa bed, dining area with table for up to 10 people, bathroom with washing machine, full kitchen, balcony, and terrace with heated tub. The uniqueness of this house is mainly due to the 6 terraces that offer: a heated hot tub with counter-current swimming, a hot tub with waterfall, gym space, lemon plant wall, comfortable sofas for refined aperitifs, outdoor dining area. You can also admire a 360° view of the monuments and rooftops of Rome by climbing the unparalleled turret. The building has a modern elevator. Please note that there are internal and external stairs in the apartment. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment.
