We live upstairs so we are available to assist you. You have access to the enclosed patio. Friendly Pets are welcome on a lead. Heaps of parking and a big ring driveway if you are towing something. 5 minutes to town & beaches. Well stocked shops. Great restaurants & cafes. Surrounded by acres of bush. Enjoy Fishing, hiking, swimming, exploring, boating, surfing. We don’t have any close neighbours so it is very peaceful with lots of wildlife. Kangaroos, emus bunnies and lots of birds The space Beautifully appointed 2 x queen bedrooms plus a bunk room with a double & single bed. Safety rails are available for children. All the beds have electric blankets and phone chargers. Large living, dining, kitchenette. Modern bathroom and separate toilet. You can prepare meals if you don't feel like eating at one of the great local eateries. We have a Webber BBQ to cook a roast or bake the fish. Enjoy a meal in the enclosed patio while watching TV or listen to music. Stay in & explore Foxtel, Prime, Netflix, Paramount,You Tube, watch DVD's or read books if you feel lazy. I have paid for the subscriptions. I have just added a foosball table and an arcade game table with 60 games. For those who like the outdoors there are so many places for you to explore & things to do, most of them are free. You can enjoy bush walks around our property. The Fitzgerald National Park is a must visit. If you don’t already have a national park pass you can buy one online or use the machine at the park entrance. Wifi password. starlink Other things to note We have a 3 rag doll cats named Sky, a friendly one called Dora the Explorer,a kitten named Sooty and small Moodle dog named Ebony. Your pets are welcome if they are friendly. Please no aggressive dogs. Please put them on a lead. We don’t have any fences, just acres of open countryside. You can have your pet inside or lock it on the patio. I have pet blankets. We can pet sit by arrangement if you want to go to the National Park. There is an area on the driveway that you can smoke. Please extinguish butts in the container provided. DO NOT bring the butts inside for disposal in the inside bins.
