Beautiful and comfortable studio in the heart of Jurerê. Jurerê Beach Village is right on the sand, located by the sea on Jurerê Beach – one of the best and most beautiful beaches in Santa Catarina. It has a complete leisure infrastructure, restaurant, recreation, beach service, playroom, games room, jacuzzis and gym. Accommodates up to 3 people. Daily cleaning, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided as a courtesy. The space Studio Setup: * Queen size double bed and single bed (small and additional. In other words, it is only assembled when there is a third person - ideal for children) * TV and central air conditioning * Small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and some kitchen utensils: cups, plates and cutlery * Bathroom equipped with shower inside the bathtub, hairdryer and amenities (soaps and shampoos) Note: As it has a bathtub, this studio is not recommended for the elderly or people with special needs. * As a courtesy, I provide daily cleaning, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels. Including daily exchanges, if necessary. Guest access Guests will have access after check-in, directly at the Jurerê Beach Village reception. Everyone, including children, must present the voucher sent by email and a form of ID. After check-in, guests will receive identification wristbands (which must be worn) and key cards. Other things to note The Studio's maximum capacity is 3 (THREE) people, including children and babies of all ages. Check-in will only be allowed for the number of people listed on the reservation and on the personalized voucher that I will send after the reservation is confirmed. All guests must present an ID upon check-in. In case of late check-out (11 a.m.), a fine equivalent to 2 nights will be charged. My studios are on the first floor. Please note that the balconies at Jurerê Beach Village do not have a protective screen, so it is the full responsibility of parents to ensure the safety of their children * For safety reasons, please do not use an iron * The flats are not accessible for people with special needs, including the bathroom, as the shower is inside the bathtub. Not advisable for people with special needs or the elderly. ** Does not include meals and parking. However, these can be arranged and paid for directly during the stay. *** Minors under 18 years old unaccompanied by their parents must present an accommodation authorization with a notarized signature. ** According to the rules of the Development, it is not allowed to take drinks and snacks to the leisure area. Note: The bathtub in the studio is not a hot tub. It is just for soaking. **** For the convenience of guests, it is possible to pay for extra services (breakfast, meals, and drinks) at check-out. The procedure is simple: at check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card in the amount of R$250.00 per day. However, if you don't feel comfortable with that, there's no problem. Just pay for any and all purchases at the time. ** From June 8 to November 30, 2026, the pool area will be closed for renovation. *** There is parking on the premises, but it is outsourced, with no connection to the property. Negotiations, reservations, and payments must be made directly with them during the stay. **** Although the household appliances and electronics are semi-new and constantly undergo preventive maintenance, unfortunately they can have defects without "prior notice." In situations like this, I will do my utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However, depending on the situation and the defect, it may take longer to repair or replace the equipment. The same reasoning applies to the common areas of the Development (Condominium), whether it being the internet, restaurant, swimming pools, fitness center, game room, sauna, bathtubs, parking... In cases like this, there will be no full or partial refund of the amount paid for the reservation. And not even a change to the reservation. Additional fees for non-compliance with House Rules: a) In case of late check-out (11 a.m.), a fine of 2 nights' stay will be charged b) Failure to comply with the number of people stated in the reservation: A fine of 2 nights for each additional unauthorized guest c) Leaving dirty dishes and/or not taking out the trash: Fine equivalent to R$200.00 for extra cleaning d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and any other smoking product (whether derived from tobacco or not, including electronic cigarettes/vapes) - R$250.00 fine for deodorizing the property
