Utopia’s Edge, lakeside cottage

Utopias Edge is situated in a quiet cove on the beautiful Lake Utopia. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the back deck, at our waterfront property equipped with a dock. You can relax while children play safely in the fully fenced in back yard, or adventure in the property's tree house. Enjoy a BBQ supper on the fully furnished covered back deck, so you can be outside in all weather conditions. Our tranquil location is perfect to relax, recharge and escape the stress of daily life. The space The main floor boasts an open concept living room and kitchen that is fully equipped with a stunning granite countertop. Full bathroom with double walk in shower (no tub) washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king bed and rocking chair, bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is equipped with a single bed. There are both front and rear decks, along with a BBQ grilling deck. The back deck and BBQ grilling deck are covered. Travel up the winding staircase to the open loft/Bedroom 3. With sloping ceilings and sky lights you can fall asleep in the queen bed while watching the stars. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase while staying. There is an antique bureau writing desk under the stair case should you need to work while on vacation. Our cottage is perfect for families and couples looking for a quiet getaway, it is not suitable for parties, events or loud groups due to close neighboring cottages. Guest access Fenced in back yard. There is a TV in the living room that has a chrome cast to stream from your own device however no cable TV is provided. There are many board games in the home for guests to use during their stay. We are able to connect guests with a local kayak company if you wish to rent kayak’s or a canoe during your stay.
