Steps away from street car, stockyards village mall and upper junction park. The location is in Toronto close to high park ( 7 minutes drive ). Multiple frequent buses for high park and keele station. The unit is a semi basement unit with separate private living (sofa bed ), bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, kitchenette ( combination microwave oven to grill, air fry or bake food; mini fridge; coffee machine; cutlery and plates would be available) and a shared laundry and backyard patio. The space 1. It is semi basement place with big windows and ample sunlight. 2. Guest will have private living room, bedroom and bathroom. 3. The shared space with owners are only laundry and backyard patio. 4. Entry to main door is shared with owners who lives upstairs and to access the basement door guest need to pass through the living room. 4. The main door has smart lock and code will be shared with guest. Guest can come and go anytime they wish. There is no restrictions on late night entry or checkin. Guest access Guest have private access to living room, bathroom. The laundry room and backyard patio is shared with owner. During your stay We are family of three with one kid. I will be available in property with my family and guest can contact me or my wife anytime for assistance. Other things to note 1. We have received feedback from few tall (>6ft) guests that they found bathroom small to use. There is a bigger washroom upstairs which guest can use if they find the private washroom small. After checkin Guest can let us know if they intent to use the upstairs washroom during the stay, we will accommodate the request. 2. We try our best to accommodate any early check in or late checkout request, however it is not guaranteed. In any case, guests can securely keep the luggage with us and explore Toronto in case they arrive early or have late departure. 3.
