The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with sofas and TV - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Accessed via a 4-step staircase: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with desk area, wardrobe/closet - Bathroom with bath, washbasin unit - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), wardrobe/closet, en-suite shower room with shower and vanity unit - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a single pull-out bed, wardrobe/closet. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 500 m² enclosed private garden (the gate cannot be locked) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A south and east-facing terrace with table and chairs. The house is ideally located in Le Pradet, in a very pleasant environment.
