The spacious new apartment offers space for 4-5 people and a toddler on approx. 70 m². A parking space and a storage room for bicycles are part of the apartment. On the balcony you can enjoy the view over meadows and fields. Other things to note The apartment has a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and a shower room with toilet. An easily accessible staircase leads to the second bedroom with two single beds (with a bed drawer for an additional person). You can relax on the south balcony with garden furniture. Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. TVs are available in all living and sleeping areas. Baby crib not adjustable in the bedrooms. Despite the pet ban, the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The living area is equipped with electric roller blinds.
