The spacious new apartment offers space for 4 -5 persons and a toddler on approx. 70 m². A car parking space and storage for bicycles are included in the apartment. On the balcony you enjoy the view over meadows and fields. Other things to note The apartment has a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet. A well walk-in staircase leads to the second bedroom with two single beds (with bed drawer for another person). You can relax on the south-facing balcony with garden furniture. Washer and dryer are at your disposal for free. TVs are available in all living rooms and bedrooms. Baby cot not adjustable in the sleeping rooms. Despite pet bans, the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The living area is equipped with electric blinds.
