The space The furnishings are simple but functional, rustic Tuscan style, perfectly placed in a marine context that respects the typical nature of the country and island villa style Property of 107 square meters plus open areas, with independent entrance from a private dirt road. Inside it consists of a large living room with sofas, dining room and recreation area and study in the mezzanine, modern kitchen recently replaced well equipped with oven, induction hobs and dishwasher (in a single room with the living room). Very comfortable sleeping area divided into four separate bedrooms: one double, one twin with joinable beds, one bedroom with bunk beds, one single bedroom. Two bathrooms on the ground floor (one with shower and bidet and one with bathtub) and third bathroom in the mezzanine, all renovated in 2023.
