Bedroom in the attic

Room on the 2nd floor for 1 to 2 adults + 1 small child or 1 baby. Peaceful and central environment (5 minutes from the center) Shared shower room Simple, clean and quiet accommodation On the 1st floor another bedroom (1 to 2 adults) is available (see other listing) You will share a top fridge with the other guest and will have in your room what you need for dinner or breakfast (microwave, dishes, coffee maker) No smoking in the room. (sheets and towels provided) The space To access your room, you will have to cross the kitchen area (it is not part of the rental, you have in your room something to heat a dish as well as a table to eat in your area) Guest access Your room is your space. It locks with a key (coded lock) On the 1st floor landing you will find a top fridge to share with the guest in the other room. The attic room is on the second floor. You will be quiet and calm there. The bathroom is shared (guests and myself) The toilet (located in the bathroom is reserved for guests) The other spaces (kitchen, living room) are private The veranda is a shared smoking area During your stay I will be there to welcome you (arrival between 6:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m./departure before 8:00 a.m.) I work so we will cross paths but I will be happy to occasionally exchange a few words with you. If you need advice or anything else, text messages are a good way to go. I like peace and quiet and I respect everyone's tranquility and privacy. This helps to bring the serenity necessary for a quiet stay. Other things to note If you want to have fun, there is everything you need in Caudry (theater, cinema, bowling, laser tag, bars, restaurants, sports clubs, leisure center...) If you want to be quiet, you will be in your room, be assured.
