The space This executive one bedroom is fully furnished with an amazing view of Manila Golf Course and Makati Skyline. The size is 37 square meters with an ideal layout allowing you to have a a separate bedroom for comfortable sleeping, toilet & bath, dining area, living room and a separate kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your favorite meal. LIVING AREA: Relax and enjoy your favorite movies and series on our 50” Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. The living room features soft semi-blockout curtains, a split-type AC to keep the space cool, a coffee table for your refreshments, an area rug for added comfort, and an L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxation. You'll also find a selection of reading materials to enjoy during your downtime. DINING AREA: The dining area has a 4-seater dining set, built-in mirror to make it more spacious, drop lights with warm lights, aesthetically combined console cabinet with frames and decos, additional wall mirror and a 4 ft. plant. BEDROOM: Enjoy your restful sleep in our 54x75 mattress with supported by soft upholstered headboard for your head protection. We always make sure that the set of beddings are always fresh and clean including the towels and tissues. A dedicated workspace comes with office table, office chair, Ipad holder, study lamp and decorative plants to refresh your eyes while having heavy works. We also installed a durable window type AC with remote control to avoid inconvenient while the guests are staying with us. KITCHEN AREA: Our kitchen is complete with basic necessities such as, set of eating, drinking and cooking utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, chopping board, knives, scissors, can opener, utensils holder, dish drainer, 2 burner induction cooker, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and a top load “washing machine”. BATHROOM: Bathroom comes with multipoint water heater, hair blower, mirror, bidet and a shower curtain. Guest access Exercise gym, swimming pool and playground are available for a fee (P200/person for pool), (P100/hr for the gym) and only allowed to use by registered guest. Gym and pool are open from 6:00am to 10:00pm Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning maintenance. Our unit does not have available parking but there is available parking slot just right beside the building premises, an open parking across the street, pay parking in forbeswood heights(just across also) and a pay parking in 8forbes town (also close by). Other things to note We offer complimentary coffee, water, towel, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, sponge, trash bag, and toiletries for each reservation to improve your experience. Please be aware that these items are given once per booking, not daily. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Upon confirmation of booking, each guest must provide their ID, which will be sent to the admin for registration. The host is being required by the building admin to submit a printed authorization letter together with the copy of ID of the guest. Upon reaching the lobby, it is mandatory to present valid IDs for verification. It is important to note that the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and provided with freshly washed beddings and towels before the guests move in. However, if you wish to maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your long stay, we can arrange for a cleaner to come and provide new beddings and towels for an extra charge. Our cleaning fee is Php 600 and the charge for new beddings and towels is Php 300.
