Immaculate Double Room w/ King Size bed

Private Double Room with King Size bed and storage furniture. Shared Bathroom, Kitchen and Living room. Off road parking and WiFi. The house is on a quiet estate and close to local amenities (around 1.5 miles from Aldridge centre) and connections to M6, M5, M42/M40 and Toll road, plus all local A roads. The space If you're an active person looking for something a little bit out of the ordinary while working away from home or visiting the area, then my home is just the ticket - quiet neighbourhood. I have a small female Patterdale Terrier, so you must like animals who are happy and enthusiastic to see you when you return to the house! During your stay I live in the property and I'm around most of the time. To give a clear picture of the household rhythm. I keep a very structured routine. I’m up early most days, out of the house between 6am and 7.30am depending on work, and I work from home during the day. Evenings are quiet, usually reading or listening to music, and I’m typically in bed by around 9pm. The house is calm and well ordered, and I’m careful about sleep quality, noise, and shared space energy. As part of that, the kitchen is used for cooking during the day and early evening only, with cooking finishing by 8pm as the house moves into quiet mode. I’m a non drinker, so guests will need to respect it’s a non-alcohol household.
