We are perfectly situated for hikers, mountain bikers, cross-country skiers, and ski tourers. Nature lovers will find numerous opportunities for relaxation and many activities in the surrounding area. The price includes a set of towels (1 shower towel, 1 towel and 1 sauna towel) per person. Bathrobes and slippers are not included in the price, but can be rented at reception. For the kitchen we provide dishtowels, sponge, detergent and tabs for the dishwasher. Foods such as sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are not included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere in the building. The city tax of 3,50 Euro per person per day can be paid at check-out. Guest access As our guest, you have access to our SPA area featuring a steam bath, a Finnish garden sauna with panoramic views, and a bio sauna. You'll also find the following: a cold plunge pool, relaxation area, an XXL infinity whirlpool with views of the Dolomites, and the longest swimming pool in the valley (a 20-meter lap pool). If you're looking to get active, our CrossFit Box - Gym is at your disposal. In summer, our house also offers a garden with seating and sun loungers. Additionally, you’ll have access to free parking, either in our underground garage or on the outdoor deck. Other things to note A small note about our housekeeping service 💐 As a residence (aparthotel), we would like to inform you that daily apartment cleaning is not included in the apartment rate. However, if our housekeeping team has some free capacity, we are happy to offer small complimentary cleaning services from time to time – such as taking out the trash, making the beds, airing the apartment, or cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. Please understand that this is not a daily or guaranteed service, but a voluntary extra we gladly provide whenever our schedule allows. If you do not wish to receive this service, please let our reception know – we will of course respect your preference. One more note regarding privacy: We do not use “Do Not Disturb” door hangers. Instead, you will find a Do Not Disturb button on the inside of your apartment door, just below the door handle.
