This modern gem in the Caribbean allows you to sit back, relax and unwind from either our balcony rocking chairs, cozy living room or lay back on lounge chairs and enjoy a beverage in your private rooftop space. Located on the main road- close to local shops and markets. This is the perfect getaway whether you plan on spending time in your hometown or experiencing Guyana for the first time. Enjoy the view! The space Please note we are located on the 3rd Floor above a hardware store, be mindful of the stairs to get to the 3rd floor and rooftop. Please let’s us know if you will need assistance carrying your luggage. Guest access You will have full access to the 3rd floor and rooftop area. Other things to note There will also be multiple keys and doors for your own safety please take measures to keep these doors locked at all times. Our home is your home, please also remember to take all lights and ACs off if you are not on the premises to prevent any outages. Alcohol is not included with the bar, feel free to bring your own choice of drink. Please make sure you are at the legal drinking age to consume alcohol on the premises. Unpredicted blackouts in the area can occur and there is currently no backup generator. You may lose access to power and water during these time frames but will be restored once the power is back on.
