The space The apartment consists of a large open space with sleeping area, dining area, living area and bathroom with shower. The design is modern and the roof with exposed beams makes the climate warm and comfortable. Inside the apartment we have equipped a wall with multiple tourist and leisure information; in short, everything you can do in beautiful Lugano, whether by car or public transport or leaving comfortably from the accommodation for a hike in the mountains or a ride through the various bike routes. On the sideboard, there is a capsule coffee machine... coffee is offered by us. The double bed is equipped with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. On the sides of the bed, you will find the two nightstands with table lamps and very convenient power outlets where you can recharge your electronic devices overnight. In the living area, there is a two-seater sofa facing a 55-inch flat-screen television. In the dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, electric oven; inside the drawers we have stored everything you need to cook and enjoy lunches and dinners in total relaxation. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and everything you need to eat is at your disposal in a convenient illuminated display case. Inside the refrigerator, a space has been created as a minibar where local artisanal beverages are sold. In the bathroom, we have installed a modern wall-hung sink and an elegant transparent shower enclosure that will give you a feeling of maximum freedom. Outside the apartment, there is a very convenient parking lot that will allow you to open the trunk of your car and find your bags already in the house. Guest access Access to the apartment is very convenient, after parking your car in front of the front door, you are only a couple of meters from the trunk of the car to the entrance. Other things to note The apartment is 3.8 km from the city center, which can be easily reached both by car and public transport. In the area adjacent to the accommodation, you can easily set off for the numerous hiking and biking trails on the Boglia and Brè mountains, passing through the Alpe Bolla area, until you reach the Denti della Vecchia, Valcolla, Pairolo area, Cima di Fojorina, Gazzirola and Monte Bar. For bicycle lovers who want to ride the wonderful routes available, we offer a close collaboration with a professional bike rental in the area. For those who want to maximize the relaxation of their stay, we offer a home meal delivery service that offers a daily menu full of fresh, healthy and balanced dishes, with a variety of options that will satisfy your tastes and nutritional needs, all made with top quality products.
