Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This apartment is ideal for one or two people looking for rest and privacy. Very close to a large park, wineries, cafes, chifas, church and 6 blocks from the Real Plaza Primavera Mall, Neoplásicas INEN Hospital and Angamos Metro station. In the nearby mall you will find restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, banks and department stores. 5-10 minutes by car to San Borja, Monterrico, Miraflores and San Isidro. The space In the apartment you will find a living room with dining bar and integrated kitchen, balcony overlooking the street, private bathroom with permanent hot water and a double bedroom with closet. We also have a space for storing luggage. Laundry room available for cleaning. For guest entertainment we have a 50-inch smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix, Disney and DGO, as well as an FM radio with the city's main stations. For work or leisure, we have a fast 300Mbps fiber Wi-Fi internet connection available 24 hours a day. In the equipped kitchen you have a coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, blender, gas stove, minibar, rice cooker and the necessary utensils to be able to cook during your stay. If you don't want to prepare meals, we can give you a list of restaurants available in the area. Guest access The apartment is private and fully available to the guest. It is located on the 7th floor of the building that has an elevator and special access for the disabled. Other things to note The building is located in a quiet, residential, and central area called La Calera de La Merced, which is close to the city's main avenues. There is free parking on the street with limited space. We currently do not have an internal garage available.
