Studio in Praia do Porto da Barra near the lighthouse

Apartment located in Porto da Barra near Farol da Barra in the heart of Salvador. Close to beaches, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming you to our property. I'll pass on some important information. Our property is located at Rua César Zama, 237- Barra. Right in front of Selfit. You'll see a building called Jonas. The entrance to the property is on the side of this building. I live above the property. You'll get the keys from me or my mom (Leila). We provide towels, pillows, bedding and sheets according to the number of guests. We do not provide toiletries. We only provide one roll of toilet paper. If you stay longer than 6 days, we clean the property and change sheets and towels if you wish. We have a water filter in my property. We can fill your bottles when you need them. Our check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out, if available, we charge a fee of R$ 7 per extra hour and R$ 7 per hour less. If you arrive early and the property is occupied, you can leave your belongings at my house and return at check-in time. House rules: No drug use is allowed in the property or condominium. Do not go out and leave the lights or air-conditioning on. (If this happens, we will have to shut off the power to the property at the circuit breaker located in the property next door). It is not allowed to hand over the keys to people who are not staying at the property. Clothes are not allowed to be hung in the window. The property has an internal clothesline and we provide an external clothesline if needed. We are not responsible for items forgotten in the property. Loud noise is not allowed before 8 a.m. or after 10 p.m. We have a garbage can that is removed every day at 6:00 p.m. You cannot put trash somewhere other than the appropriate place. We'll always be on hand to make your stay the best it can be. We give tips on agencies, tours, etc.
