Located in the Rodadero of Santa Marta, this modern beach front condo offers the best of both worlds; centrally located in Santa Marta, and luxury living. It is located only 10 minutes from the Simón Bolívar International Airport and a few blocks from the heart of the Rodadero, where you can experience live music on the beach. Some of the great amenities you will find are gym, pool, hot tub, and wi-fi. We hope to host you in our great condo! The space Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a double size bed, large walk-in closet, extra large windows and direct access to large balcony that overlooks the mountains of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and the beach shore. Room 2: This is a large bedroom with a double size bed. It has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and a big window overlooking the mountains. Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you will need to cook. Comes with: Large fridge Plenty of pots/pans/platters for large meals Serving utensils Grilling tongs Chef knives 1 oven There are condiments, coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar that we buy and you’re more than welcome to use. Mobile hanger for drying clothes. - Balcony with views of the beach and mountains. - Fully stocked kitchen is that you will find silverware, plates, mugs, a can-opener, and all the basic supplies you will need to conduct basic cooking or food preparation - Walking closet - 1 car parking spot Other things to note Covid Pandemic Information Unfortunately, due to covid pandemic, the building has the following mandates, the following rules apply: * Guest must wear mask in public areas * Pool and gym are available one hour per day per apartment. * No drinking in the pool. * Sauna is available 2 hours per day per apartment * Jacuzzis are not available right now Please be aware of these rules as there are no cancellation refunds. Please take a second to learn this important information: * Cab from airport is $22,000 approximately * Cab to Old Town is approximately $10,000 during the day and approximately $12,000 at night * The building has a BBQ grill in the pool area that can be reserved for $50,000 pesos (~$16USD). Just reserve it at the front desk in advance. * Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, the balcony or the building. We will charge a smoking fee if this rule is broken. * No parties allowed. A penalty fee will be charged if this rule is broken. Tips & hints about Santa Marta - Santa Marta is blessed with incredible winds, but this gift of nature can have an impact on the infrastructure. Is possible that at some point during your stay you will experience electricity outages. However, our building has a backup generator that kicks in during theses outages. It should also be noted that of our appliances have a power voltage regulator to prevent damages. - We provide internet with speeds up to 50MB download and 5MB upload. We always recommend our guests that work remotely to get a sim card as a backup plan in case of electricity outages. Although issues with the ISP are rare, is better to have an alternative.
