Welcome to our Randolph Base home! Our 4 bed/ 2 bath/ 1-storey house is in a convenient, quiet and safe neighborhood near IH-35 and Loop 1604. It is a central base to Randolph AFB, SA downtown, New Braunfels and the Texas hill country including Austin. Restaurants, grocery, shopping, parks and entertainment centers are also minutes away. Come enjoy gorgeous Selma and "book now" at Randolph @dotprentals on IG The space Our home has 4 bedrooms (1 king and 3 queen beds) with full walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms with a soaking tub in the master bedroom, 55-inch tv in the master bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the laundry room, with boardgames, living area with 65-inch tv, sunroom and an outside patio area to enjoy the sun. The sunroom and patio area face east so you can enjoy your morning brew in the morning sunshine or hang out in the shade in the afternoons. Note that the 2-car garage is not available and accessible to guests. Guest access Our guests can access all items provided in the house except in the garage. From our kitchen gadgets like blenders, toasters, coffee makers to utensils, we’ve got everything you can think of :) Projector for business meetings or events available upon request. Other things to note We have a security system installed including alarms and security cameras facing the exterior (no interior cameras). No Street Parking! This is a residential area! No loud music or noises after 9pm!
