Just a 3-4 minute walk from the valley station, ski slopes, hiking trails and the lively Rocksresort with shops, restaurants and bars, it is perfect for skiing in winter as well as hiking, biking and golfing in summer. The apartment on the 2nd floor is easily accessible by the existing elevator and offers an underground parking space with direct access to the staircase, elevator and heated ski storage (used as a bicycle storage in summer). Experience the perfect symbiosis of living and dining room, balcony and an optimally equipped open kitchen.
