Ski Resort, and located within minutes of some of the High Country’s best golf courses! In the fall, enjoy beautiful leaf season on the Blue Ridge Parkway within minutes! Ski slopes, ice skating, tubing, golf, tennis, zipline, mountain coaster, rafting, gem mining, mountain biking, fishing, wineries are all nearby. Excellent restaurants and shopping are waiting on you!!! Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock are a stone's throw away! Sugartop Resort is a premier mountaintop resort that offers WiFi, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and weight room. This is a gated resort and safety is a top priority! No pets. Ski View is a beautiful condo fully furnished with everything you could could possibly need to have a great relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. Wood burning fireplace helps you get cozy. Give Sugar Mountain Ski View Condo a try; you will not want to leave! Our goal is to make your trip a memorable one and hope that you will always want to return to Ski View, your home away from home. We can't wait to see you! Guest access All arrivals packets for units without smart locks are currently being left in the Late Arrivals box next to the door. While the rental office isn't currently open a normal 9-5, we're always available by phone or appointment, and likely nearby. Arriving earlier than 4pm? Let us know! If it's possible for you to check in earlier, we'll be happy to do it. However, if someone is leaving the morning of your arrival, this can be difficult. Other things to note All our properties are set up with 3 towels and 3 washcloths per bathroom. We provide a starter roll of toilet paper, two small bars of soap, and a garbage can liner per bathroom. Kitchens have a dishcloth and towel, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent if applicable, and a garbage can liner. Beds are made up with fresh sheets and pillow cases, and sofa beds have fresh sets of sheets either stacked on the sofa or placed nearby. We do not provide a daily housekeeping service or replenish the starter supplies. What to bring: Paper towels, extra toilet paper, extra soap, coffee, coffee filters, cooking supplies such as cooking sprays, oils, spices and foil. Rental units do have appliances large and small, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. If staying at Sugar Top, don’t forget to bring your pool towels! If you’re coming in the warm summer months, bring a jacket just in case. If you’re coming in the cold winter months, bring something lighter weight, just in case. Our weather is infamous for it’s quick changes!
