Accommodation: 100 Year old Heritage Villa: 1 ac bedroom + 2 interconnecting small bedrooms with 1 attached bathroom & 2 bathrooms outside (5 guest capacity) 2 bedroom ac cottage with 2 attached bathroom (6 guest capacity) Complimentary Activity options: Kayaking, Private Pool, Fishing Paid activities: Houseboat cruise, Motor Boat cruise Dining: Option 1: Hire a chef @ INR 1500 + 500 kitchen charge Option 2: Swiggy food App delivery Option 3: Caretaker will deliver from nearby hotel Option 4: Self cooking @ 1000 Guest access Guest will have access to all parts of the property except Kitchen unless paid for extra. Private Pool timing is limited from 2 pm to 12 am on arrival day only for 1 night booking, for 2 nights booking pool can be used from 2 pm to 12 am on day 1 & 2 pm to 12 am on day 2. Kayaking during day time only. Other things to note Pool use Restrictions: Food, Drinks & smoking are not allowed in Pool deck area. The same can be consumed in rooms or outdoor area. Pool costume mandatory (Nylon/synthetic clothes only). Cotton dress not sticky not allowed Music timing: Since property is an a quiet village area by the river, Music can be played in Bluetooth speakers till 10 pm only. Kayaking & Swimming with life jacket in River: During day time, free of charges. Not allowed if guest is under the influence of alchohol Power Backup: Invertor backup available for Lights & Fan only. In the event of a power outage A/c will not function. Smoking: Smoking inside the rooms strictly not allowed. Please note a non negotiable fine of INR 5000 will be charged to the final bill for any violations Cancellation & Payments: 50% advance to confirm the booking, Advance is non refundable . Balance rent to be settled on check in with caretaker. Date change option available if informed 7 days prior check in
