The setting is quiet and secluded - a place to spend summer mornings on the second-story 360-degree wraparound deck, listening to the sounds of birdsong and the babble of a neighboring brook. Yet you'll also be incredibly close to Mad River Glen (three miles), Mt. Ellen (four miles), and Sugarbush Resort (six miles), with an on-site EV charger making transportation all the easier. The warmer months are for lingering outdoors - walking your dogs in the mornings, barbecuing in the afternoons, and roasting marshmallows around the firepit before slipping into the hot tub in the evenings. The winter is every bit as inviting, thanks to plush sofas, smart TVs, a woodstove to warm you, and plentiful windows framing the forest dusted in snow. At night, find three bedrooms paired with three full bathrooms. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
