Quiet renovated villa, heated pool and garden

Welcome to La Clairière! Halfway between the forest and the beaches & lakes of the Landes, the house is located in the Bourg de Biscarrosse, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Newly renovated, the house has all the comforts (heated pool, private garden, home automation, air conditioning, roller shutters, petanque court, teleworking area with screen, USB-C, etc.). Cleaning is also provided before/after each booking. This also includes sheets and bathroom linen (as well as tea towels, etc.). The space The house offers 9 beds: 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The last one has up to 3 single beds. All bedrooms come equipped with closets. Two bathrooms, each with a toilet. A large living/dining room/equipped kitchen, for good convivial moments. Finally, a large terrace with pool and garden to enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors. Your cars will be parked in the courtyard. Guest access Garden sheds will not be accessible. Other things to note The center and shops are accessible by car (5 min) as well as the lake (10 min) and the beach (15 min). The Dune du Pilat is also nearby (30 min drive). This will be an opportunity to visit the beautiful (unique) Bassin d'Arcachon and all its landscapes. For petanque lovers, a 10 m x 3 m court awaits you on site. For cooking, everything is there! A rotating heat oven, a large fridge, a Nespresso machine, induction stovetops, a freezer... in short, everything you need to have a good time. Small tips: each bedroom (as well as the living room and kitchen) has USB and USB-C sockets, so you can leave your charger tips at home. For teleworkers, a desk area with screen (HDMI) is accessible in the master bedroom. Depending on the time, a TV with Netflix/Prime/Canal+ (for those connected) or board games are available in the living room. Housekeeping is also provided before/after each reservation. This also includes sheets and bathroom linen (as well as tea towels, etc.). For children, we can provide: high chair, step stool and reducer. A security deposit of €1,500 is required. The bank imprint is made via the Swikly app, fast and secure. Parties are not allowed. No pets allowed.
