Large traditional self contained 2 bedroomed apartment on the Common with your own terrace and one off road parking space. Please note the listing price is for one double bedroom, to book the additional single bedroom please enter 3 guests in your reservation, this will initiate the additional charge of £20 per night. The space This is a large self contained ground floor apartment in a traditional 1920’s semi detached house with French doors leading to your own terrace within a mature garden. There is a dove cote and the doves do fly freely so you will see them around the garden but they aren’t likely to come close to you. There is also a fish pond which is approximately 2ft high so please take care with little people. We do ask that you don’t feed the doves or the fish, they have their own food and feeding times, if Luigi is around he’d be happy to give you some food to feed them with. There is one large double bedroom and one small single, there is an additional charge of £20 for the single bedroom so if required please enter 3 guests when booking. There is off road parking for one car on the front driveway and there is plenty of free street parking available with no restrictions. There is a large lounge/diner/ kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer which overlooks the rear garden where there is a washing line and pegs if you wish to put your washing out, and the bathroom is a wet room with wc, sink and shower. Guest access You access the apartment through your own front porch where you will find the key lock box. There is a garden table and chairs at the rear of the apartment for you to sit outside on your own terrace which overlooks the fishpond, we do ask that you don’t feed either the fish or the doves, they have particular food and feeding times 😊 Other things to note Please note there is an additional charge of £20 for the use of the single bedroom, if you chose 3 guests in your booking this will automatically include the second bedroom. I supply tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and jam as a welcome package, also shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and disposable slippers. Washing powder and laundry conditioner are also supplied if you need to do a wash, there is a tumble dryer but obviously we would prefer you to use the washing line if the weather is good, the pegs are in a green bag under the dove cote.
