If you are looking for a real lounging space, but love the comfort of modern living, this is the place for you. Here, you have complete control... literally with your voice! 12 minutes from JMC Airport, 8 minutes from the Guarne ice rink, 45 minutes from downtown Medellín and an hour and a half from Guatapé. ​Secure your strategic date now! The space A Movie and Relaxation Experience Up High! This 3rd-floor loft is designed for unwinding. Enjoy a magical night with our Northern Lights Projector and watch your favourite series on the home theatre-style Video Projector. Featured amenities: Total Home Automation: Control lights and ambience by voice with ECO, our assistant. It also offers brainteasers for the whole family (Escape Room, Who's Who, I Spy, Simon Says and more) that are played just by talking, without screens. Work Desk: Ideal for digital nomads who need inspiration. Accommodation: 2 double beds (one in the main room and another "adventure" style bed on a wooden mezzanine 2.3 m high with access via a vertical ladder). Premium Kitchen: Equipped with a fridge, blender, electric grill, mixer, coffee maker, pressure cooker, paella pan, hot chocolate maker, and non-stick ceramic cookware, it is very well equipped for preparing food. A washing machine inside the apartment and places to dry clothes without going outside: a mini clothesline in the bathroom and the large windows, which dry clothes very quickly in the afternoon. If you stay for several days, you don't travel loaded with dirty clothes. Note: As this is a real rural setting, you may occasionally hear sounds from nature or neighbours, which is part of the rural charm. Access requires climbing stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). The curtains allow 5% of the light to enter, making it a pleasant place to wake up with daylight. Guest access TOTAL PRIVACY + NATURE ​The apartment is a 100% independent and private unit. You don't share interior spaces (bathroom, kitchen or bedroom) with anyone. The loft is on the third floor of an inhabited house: our door is next to yours and there are two more homes on the floors below. Inside, your privacy is complete, and because of that proximity, we are strict about quiet hours at night. ​Shared Outdoor Spaces: You have free access to our common areas on the property: walk the ecological trails, enjoy the fruit trees, and breathe fresh air in the gardens. Parking: We have free outdoor parking inside the property, so your car stays inside and not on the road. From there, you walk the trail to the Loft, so we suggest you bring manageable luggage. If you arrive with a lot of luggage or with sports equipment, let us know and we'll give you a hand with your bags. ​Access and Check-in: The entrance is through a short path on the property: less than a minute from the parking lot. There are tiled steps with handrails, a short section of stone steps, and from there a flat path between the gardens to the door. As there are steps and a slope, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The path has solar lamps that turn on automatically when they detect movement, from the steps to your door, so you won't be in the dark at night. Even so, keep your cell phone flashlight handy and wear comfortable shoes. It's part of the country experience! Other things to note STRATEGIC LOCATION IN THE ANTIOQUEAN ORIENT ​12 minutes from JMC Airport. 6 km from Guarne and its skating rink: about 8 minutes by car, or 10 to 12 minutes by public transport. 1.9 km from the Atlético Nacional Sports Complex: 3 minutes by car, 23 minutes on foot, and there is also private transportation or Uber if you prefer. 25 minutes from the Mall de Llanogrande, 25 minutes from Rionegro and 45 minutes from downtown Medellín. Guatapé is an hour and a half away on weekends, which is when there is the most traffic. ​Please note: ​The estate is home to other independent units, so you could see other guests in the green areas (gardens), but your internal privacy is guaranteed. Each apartment is located within a house where part of our family lives, so the property is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, not for events or noisy behaviour. ​Trusted transportation service available (ask us when booking). ⚠️ Attention: We are a family-run country accommodation designed for rest. We are not a motel-type space. We have adjoining properties, so we require strict decorum and absolute silence after 11:00 p.m. 🐕 Sombra, our greyhound-type dog, lives on the farm: black, skinny and very affectionate. He has his own little house in the outdoor areas and doesn't enter the apartments, but he loves to come out and greet the guests.
