Other things to note We strive to respond to our guests as quickly as possible and aim to maintain the excellence you expect from a Superhost. However, please note that we operate differently from a hotel. This is our personal condominium space that we lease to guests, offering a more home-like experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible! While Uber is no longer available in the Philippines, you can easily book a ride through Grab (our local equivalent) or take a metered taxi — just be sure the meter is running before the ride begins. Do keep in mind that travel time is often dictated by traffic rather than distance, so getting from the airport to One Uptown Residence can take anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour, depending on the time of day.
