Located a few steps from the edge of the layon, this fully equipped house will be ideal whatever the type of your stay. Our house, renovated in 2023, is perfectly located between Angers and Cholet. You will be close to all shops: bakery, supermarket, delicatessen. There is also a doctor and an osteopath a few meters away. The space Regarding the house, it is a non-smoking accommodation (including the entrance veranda)! You have access to the terrace behind the house where you can smoke. On the ground floor, enjoy a living room with open and fully equipped kitchen of about 65 m2. A shower room, separate toilet, pellet stove heating Upstairs, 3 bedrooms equipped with dressing room, individual heating and electric shutters. Bathroom, separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a desk. Two of the bedrooms have 160 x 200 beds and the third is equipped with 2 single beds. The living room sofa bed is 140 x 200 and is equipped with a mattress topper for extra comfort. At the back of the house, you will find a fenced terrace with a dining area for 6/8 people, a Weber barbecue and a parasol. For on-site amenities, you will find a washing machine with clothes rack, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, raclette grill, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and Senseo 2-in-1 (filter and pods). We always leave you coffee, tea, infusion, sugar, filter and dishwasher tablets to use on site. As well as shower gel and shampoo from the Pimpant brand, made in Normandy! Regarding cleaning, please clean the bathroom and toilet areas (toothpaste, hair and others...), do and store your dishes and sort and empty your trash cans. Please strip the beds (except the fitted sheets), roughly fold the bedding and leave them at the end of each bed. Used towels and bath mats should be roughly folded and left in the tub or shower. Put the chairs back on the table. We take care of all the background cleaning. A vacuum cleaner is in place and programmed in the house: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TOUCH IT! Guest access You will have access to the whole place. Check-in and check-out are autonomous thanks to the lockbox, and if you want to meet us, we will gladly make ourselves available!
