The apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with a large sitting room, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that, through the large window, opens onto the beautiful poolside terrace, which features a large outdoor dining table for your al fresco meals, allowing you to enjoy a unique atmosphere and breathtaking sea views. Also on the ground floor we find the kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and various tools. In front of the terrace we find the beautiful private pool, with beautiful sea views, which has sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sun of Sardinia in total relaxation and comfort. From the living area, going up a couple of steps, you access the sleeping area, which has 3 beautiful double bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom; 2 of these rooms also have direct external access to the terrace and enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. From the main terrace, going down a couple of steps, you reach another level of the garden, featuring a well-maintained lawn, where there is an annex with 2 beautiful and spacious double rooms, tastefully furnished, which have a private terrace and direct access to the garden through large windows; each room has an en-suite bathroom, an independent external entrance, and a splendid sea view. An additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available in a guest house with independent private access adjacent to the main entrance of the villa. The villa also offers the possibility of accommodating up to 2 service people in tow, for whom a double room is available with private bathroom and separate outdoor access. The villa is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with quality sheets and towels and has a washing machine. Private parking is available both outside and covered on the property. The villa is very nice and comfortable, it enjoys an enchanting panoramic position on the sea and at the same time its proximity to all the major attractions of the Emerald Coast. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people + 2 service people in tow and is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation full of luxury, relaxation, privacy, heavenly beaches, but also the fun of the "Emerald nightlife" reachable in a few minutes by car. In the case of a pet, a cleaning supplement of €100.00 is required (only one small pet is allowed during the stay). Upon request, it is possible to book an extra cleaning service, which will then be paid directly on site to the service personnel. A security deposit is required within 48 hours prior to check-in, of €2000.00 for stays up to one week, €5000.00 monthly, which will be returned within 48 hours of the end of the stay, after checking the villa. Electricity consumption must be verified by reading at check-in and check-out and paid directly on site at the end of the stay (€0.45 per kWh).
