This home is located right near the heart of downtown Jamestown. About a mile distance to multiple excellent dining establishments, a gorgeous park, only a minute away from the new Chicken Ranch Casino, Historic Divine grocery store and local wine bars, ride the antique trains at Railtown, visit museums and antique stores and art galleries. Only 4 miles to the Gold Rush town of Sonora with dining, shopping and 8 miles to charming Columbia State Park, a preserved town providing a glimpse into the 1849 Gold era. Close to Pinecrest lake, Twain Harte, Murphys, hiking trails, a scenic 42 mile drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park and so much more! Complete with free WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace, this conveniently located Jamestown home is close to downtown and is perfect for a work trip or family getaway! The additional guests over the basic 2 will have an extra $15 per person added per night, and if you want to bring a dog, there is also a $30 fee added. Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed – Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds and 1 twin Trundle bed – Bedroom 4: Lounge/Playroom (converted garage) with 1 Queen Bed (TiPi), 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa and 2 floor mattresses, living room has a queen-sized futon bed and a sofa. Perfect for groups or family reunions, easily sleeps up to 12+ people. During the summer months there are sleeping options in the backyard also, the Playhouse and a gypsy wagon, as well as the wooden horse to play and climb on. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with all appliances, Smart refrigerator, microwave, both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, dishware, flatware, baking and cooking utensils, basic essential ingredients, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea assortment and honey. INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen Smart TV only in the living room, 8-person dining table with extra tables and chairs for larger dining groups available, laptop-friendly workspace, free WiFi. Bedrooms and playroom do not have TVs, we encourage families to have more personal interactions by providing many different games and puzzles instead of TV in every area. OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor private gazebo seating area, fenced-in backyard, children’s play structures, extra space for tent camping, all dog-friendly and safe. GENERAL: Extra linens/towels, washer/dryer, complimentary toiletries, ceiling fans, iron/board, hairdryer. Healing sessions available from the hosts who are massage experts who live next door upon appointment. Enjoy a family gathering with up to 12 comfortably accommodated in the 3 bedrooms plus the multi-purpose family lounge and playroom, as well as the private, fenced backyard for just the maximum of 2 dogs allowed. While we are pet friendly please do not leave your pet unattended on the property. We love dogs and if you need to hire a pet-sitter during your stay, feel free to reach out to see if we can arrange to do it for you, since we are right next door. Please, no pets on the furniture or beds, special pet blankets and towels provided to keep muddy paws wiped. There is a doggie door in the garage area for dogs to go to the enclosed back yard as needed. We provide doggie bowls and poop bags which should be disposed of in the outside trash cans. Healing is spoken here, and the house is infused with joy and laughter! Guest access The entire house and the front and back yards of the property are for your own family use only, with plenty of parking for cars or boats. The garage has been converted into a playroom lounge area so you cannot park inside. The garage door is permanently shut. Instant book the same day as you check in, just reserve by 7:00pm and arrive as late as you like, entry is easy with the keypad combination we will send to you after you reserve the house. Certain areas such as the kitchen are not set up for very young children, supervision is required when in those areas. The enclosed, private backyard has play equipment and climbing structures, as well as lots of sitting areas and the added playroom indoors. Our place is perfect to bring children or dogs. Bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with privacy locks. Other things to note We are professional, healing sisters who are your hosts, and we can also provide appointments for therapeutic massage sessions either in the office space we have next-door or upon appointment arrangements. We can also provide your massage sessions in your own space in the Explore and Restore adventure house.
