Optional pool heating is available for $50 per day 4-day minimum (see additional details under “Other things to note”). As evening falls, soft ambient lighting creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace while enjoying the calm lake surroundings. Other things to note We only accept reservations from guests who are 25+ (no exceptions) with previous Airbnb experience and a 5-star rating. Government photo ID for all adult guests may be required once the reservation is confirmed. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day with a 4-day minimum and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. When heated, the pool is typically maintained around 82°F during daytime hours, but temperature cannot be guaranteed due to outdoor weather conditions. Pool heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below approximately 52°F, and heating charges will be refunded for any days when weather prevents effective heating. Animals (Service & Support Animals Only) While pets are not allowed, we follow Airbnb’s policy regarding service animals and emotional support animals. Animals must: • Be house-trained • Remain under the guest’s control at all times • Not be left unattended in the home without prior approval • Not cause damage or excessive noise Any additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges in line with Airbnb policies. A small essentials supply to get you started is provided: toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, soap, lotion, dishwashing soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods.
