Our non-smoking family home which was the show-home for a new estate is an ideal location just off the A390 main route in centrally located St Austell in Cornwall. Within walking distance to the Georgian harbour in Charlestown, where lots of filming has taken place over the years including the filming of the TV series "Poldark". Also around the area are lots of Bars, Restaurants and cafes and the shipwreck museum. The space Beautiful ground floor access double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. The room has a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities and also a tv in your room, The room has a locking door for your security as well. We are within walking distance to Charlestown harbour, local shops like Tesco and Lidl and Niles Cafe, Pinetum park and the Holmbush pub and restaurant are a short walk from the house. Also the main bus route is at the junction of our road. Guest access Free WiFi access and Tea and Coffee and milk is provided, also a small fridge is in the bedroom. We also offer free storage for bicycles and back packs whilst you stay with us. During your stay We like to meet and chat with new friends and visitors,and can tell you all about local tourism places to visit etc. we have hosted lots of contract workers, NHS placements etc, who are working in the area and can offer long term booking discounts. We also offer a lift service (for a small fee) from/to the railway/bus station and also do a lift to Eden project for gigs have lived locally for seven years and are happy to give advice on where to visit and information on local restaurants and bars as well as local attractions and transport etc. Other things to note We have hosted lots of guests staying with us who go to the Eden Project to see live gigs. we can do a shuttle service to and from Eden if required for a small charge. for your security we also have locks on the bedroom doors.
