Newly remodeled country house with luxury finishes, within an organic ranch that can be visited, surrounded by avocado orchards and birds of paradise, ideal for spending a few quiet days in contact with nature. The space Two full bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, study/office, TV room, patio with barbecue and outdoor dining room, private terrace, roof with Jacuzzi and lounge chairs, and a large garden. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the Jacuzzi to have it ready during your stay. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, has a king size bed, full bathroom, 40 inch TV, access to a private terrace with view and access to the roof. The guest room is located on the ground floor, has a queen size bed, full bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, view and access to the garden. The TV room has two large, comfortable armchairs that can be used as beds for two people. 55-inch Smart TV that includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, and DvD with a large DVD collection. A studio/office overlooking the garden with a wide selection of books, board games, and surround sound equipment. Full kitchen with stove, oven and toaster, Nespresso machine, blender and a dining room for 6 people. Guest access The house is located within Rancho Chipicas, an organic producer with more than 30 years dedicated to the harvest of avocados, vegetables, flowers and organic fruits. Here you will find a family and quiet space to be in contact with nature and the environment. We invite you to discover the ranch and the different activities you can do during your stay: - Walks and walks inside the ranch: through the forests, birds of paradise, avocado orchards. - Visit to donkeys, chickens and horses. - Hiking in the mountains (hiking outside the ranch, please check with us before doing this activity) - Visits to the greenhouse, you can visit the greenhouse during your stay Seasonal basket collection, you can harvest your products from the ranch, or we can deliver your order to you at the house. (ask for our prices and seasonal products). ---- Casa Chulavista is located inside Rancho Chipicas, an organic farm with more than 30 years dedicated to the harvest of avocado, vegetables, flowers and fruits. Here you will find a familiar and quiet space to be in contact with nature and the environment. Some of the activities that you can do during your stay include: Walks and hikes inside the farm: through the forests, flower fields and avocado plantations. Visit the donkeys, chickens and horses. - Hiking in the mountains (hiking  can take place outside the ranch, please consult with us before doing this activity) - Visits to the greenhouse, you can visit the greenhouse during your stay. Seasonal basket collection, you can harvest your products from the ranch, or we can deliver your order at home. The town of Valle de Bravo is located 20 km (30 to 40 min drive) from the farm. There you will fine a variety of things like Supermarkets, artisanal markets, stores, really good  restaurants, bars and terraces. The town is also recognize for beeing a get away town for from the city and having many outdoors activities such as paragliding, water sport, hiking,  mountain bike, sailing and many other activities. Other things to note It is recommended to bring everything you need to enjoy the weekend (food, charcoal, ice, etc.) as there are no supermarkets nearby, only grocery stores and an OXXO store 15 minutes away. We also recommend bringing mosquito repellent. The town of Valle de Bravo is 40 minutes away from the Ranch
