Guest access Guests will have access to the master bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. The Studio apartment is located on the firsts floor of the building. Access to the apartment is up one flights of stairs. Other things to note Receive a 15% discount when booking 3 nights. Receive a 16% discount when booking 4 nights. If you're travelling to us in a vehicle, our parking permit can be used to park one vehicle in No.2 New Road car park just 100m up the way from our apartment building entrance. It can also be used in a selection of other local short stay South Lakeland District car parks you may choose to visit. If you require the use of the parking permit during your stay, you can collect this from Chocolat in Kirkby Lonsdale (the shop directly below the Studio apartment) between the hours of 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week. We require a fully refundable £60 cash deposit on collection of the permit (this amount covers the exact cost of a replacement permit, should it go missing). Once the permit is returned to Chocolat in Kirkby Lonsdale at the end of your stay, you will be given a refund in full. Should you lose or take the permit home, your deposit monies will be used to replace the permit.
