Apartment almost for you alone

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, but only one family lives there. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the time, as we only use one room here as an office. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have this and also the bathroom to yourself. The sofa can be easily converted into a sofa bed with a soft topper, for a good night's sleep, and all windows also have shutters.
