Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our apartment. We are in the central region, next to a supermarket, pharmacies, hospital and delicious restaurants. You can take a walk downtown, without worrying about where to park, we have 2 parking spots! Our apartment is super well equipped, all furnished in a cozy way. We have hot water in the showers, bathroom faucet and kitchen. Our internet is 300 mega. The space Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 full bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen with barbecue and independent service area. All our windows have a protective net, which makes the apartment very safe for children and babies! Our garage is on the second floor, with two parking spaces, and our chairs, beach cart and umbrella are there. Guest access You can access the building through the Tag in the entrance hall or through the garage on the side street of the building. Other things to note Please note: We do not provide bed and bath linens! We have rules in the condominium that are important to follow: Quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) Your Pets must always be on a leash or in your arms; If your Pet relieves itself in the condominium, we must clean it as soon as possible; We cannot wear bathing suits or walk around shirtless in the common areas; In the entrance hall, we cannot access with bikes, roller skates, skateboards, etc.! Use the garage!!! Delivery services cannot access the building, please pick up your delivery in the Entrance Hall!!! Do not allow access to anyone at the building entrance, as we never know who it is! Our safety first!!!
