Our apartment is located in the mountains and a lush gorge in the heart of Mascarat, one of the quietest and most beautiful areas in Altea. In our well-maintained residence, "Altea Dorada," there is a large pool situated in the garden area, equipped with lovely sun loungers and umbrellas. The south-facing sun terrace offers a magic view of the sea, while the garden side provides more shade on hot days. Our apartment is the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy nature to the fullest. The space he apartment is southeast-facing, allowing abundant sunlight throughout the day. The entrance area seamlessly connects to the spacious living room with an open kitchen. There is a dining area for 4 people, a sofa, a large television with Smart TV functionality, and a workspace with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, all at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee machines (drip coffee and Nespresso), and a kettle. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a large 160 cm wide double bed, and each has its own access to the south terrace or balcony on the garden side. The two bathrooms are separate, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub including a shower. Each bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe. On the enclosed terrace, you can use another large dining table for up to 6 people. The 35 sqm open sun terrace is south-facing, providing ample sunlight throughout the day. It is possible to shade the rooms with the help of an awning and curtains. There are plenty of plants and space to relax on the two sun loungers inside the apartment. The plants on the floor and in the large beds are automatically watered and should not be moved. In the storage room, there is a washing machine, and for drying clothes, there are two clothes dryers on the terraces. The apartment comes with its own parking space, No. 19, in the underground garage. Access to the apartment is either directly via a short staircase or an elevator. From the street, there is a gate with a ramp, providing easy access to the apartment without obstacles, such as with a stroller, without the need to climb stairs. The marina is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can find restaurants and cafes. However, we recommend renting a car to explore further destinations such as the Old Town of Altea, the long, wide sandy beaches of Calp, and other beautiful places along the Costa Blanca. The Mascarat neighborhood is rather quiet and green. There are three larger pebble beaches and two very quiet hidden beaches in the coves. Activities in the area include snorkeling, stand-up paddling, kayaking, diving, hiking, biking, climbing, and enjoying many beautiful viewpoints. In the apartment, we have created a personalized guide for the Mascarat area around the house and for beautiful places within a 30 km radius. You'll find many tips on what to visit. For climbers, we have left 2 climbing guides and 2 helmets (S and M/L). For hikers, there are 2 pairs of trekking poles.
