Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars. The space The location, very close to the city's main circuit, makes the place special. The facilities, furniture and equipment are new and cozy. The view from the balcony and bathroom is uniquely beautiful. Walking to the historic center and beaches is always pleasant and we can find what we need very close by. Guest access The apartments have independent access and the balcony is individual. The streets are safe and it is very close to walk to the historic center and continue walking through the streets of the colonial city with its mansions and its shops and restaurants. Other things to note The internet signal in Paraty fluctuates.
