There is a Food City, Dollar General Store, Subway, Patriot’s Chicken, and Mexican restaurant less than a 1 mile away. A short drive to Sevierville, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, to check out local attractions in the area. The space This is a Clayton mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a nice view of the mountains. This is a new Airbnb and has two new queen bedroom suits in it and a new living room suit. The home is unique because it has televisions and all bedrooms and the living room. Most Airbnb’s do not offer this. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home with front and back porches. There is a small fire pit in the back of the home. Within a mile to Food City and close to Knoxville and Sevierville. 19 miles and a 25 minute drive to Thompson Bowling Area, Neyland Stadium and the University of Tennessee. Other things to note There are no cleaning fees, so please follow the checkout instructions. There is absolutely no smoking or pets inside the home. Smoking is allowed on the porches or out in the yard.
