Welcome to this family home for four generations. Very colorful, warm and quiet house. View of the garden and meadows where you can see beautiful Charolais cattle. 13 minutes from Gueret and 11 minutes from La Souterraine in a small quiet village. Small village surrounded by very nice paths. The space The kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet are shared and are located on the ground floor. Bedroom is upstairs. Guest access The bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom and toilet are shared on the ground floor. I provide the kitchen and dining room if you want to eat. Pets are allowed, however they are not allowed in the room because there is carpet. Room for rent near RN 145 Exit 52 (1 km) During your stay Guests may contact me by phone during their stay or meet me in the house Other things to note I remain very accommodating with tenants, however I ask for respect for the premises. I provide the kitchen and the living room to be able to eat, provided that the tenant leaves the spaces clean and the dishes washed. If necessary, I offer breakfast for 5 euros, let me know when booking. I do not provide bath linen, however I can help out. I do not want any tenants outside of check-in and check-out times at my home.
