Private bedroom, with dedicated bathroom, in a relaxing area which is a 17 min walk from East Croydon station which gives you access to: - Gatwick Airport (19 mins) - Central London (13-17 min to London Bridge; 16 min to Victoria) - Brighton (55 mins) - Cambridge (100 mins) The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by stylish houses and has a 2 min walk from Lloyd Park (a 114 acres with extensive woodland ). Being a former London tour guide, I can give advice on how to explore London and the UK. The space Very modern flat (built in 2022) with trendy interiors. As London goes, the flat feels spacious and homely. Please note that my partner and I are also living in the flat.
