In case of damages or losses inside the condo unit, we will deduct a fraction or whole of the security deposit to cover for the losses/damages. Minimum of 4 nights stay to accept your booking. Please refrain from hanging clothes in the balcony as this is not allowed by the building administrator. Also, please do not throw anything in the kitchen sink even used cooking oil as all these solidify and clog and cause costly plumbing.
