There are two components to this property; the house and then the mother in law suite. The mother in law suite is only accessible via an exterior door located on the side of the property. The mother in law suite is fully finished, hosts two twin beds with two twin bed trundles (4 total twin beds), a dedicated bathroom, smart-tv and coffee maker. It is perfect for older children who may want some additional privacy or a second family who can sprawl out and make a section of the property theirs. The main part of the house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen and a sun room. The best part about Serenity Cove may be the outdoor spaces. With a large back yard, there is plenty of room for all kinds of summer activities and games. There is an elevated deck just off the house with outdoor sitting and a shade tree and then an additional deck down by the water next to the private boat dock. The boat dock will be available for use during your stay and fishing off the boat dock is welcomed. The cove is quiet and perfect for floating and splashing around in the water.
