You can park your valued car in the spacious parking lot in front of the villa and an unforgettable vacation can begin. The space On the first floor there is the apartment Nace. A beautifully decorated staircase leads there. Two bedrooms with double beds and fresh white satin-damask bedding offer a great night's sleep to even the most demanding guests. The bathroom is fully equipped and there is also a shower with an overhead shower (tropical rain). Bed linen and towels are provided in the villa. The living room is very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the olive garden, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We can arrange an extra bed here if needed. The exceptionally high ceiling in the rooms creates a particularly magnificent feeling. Staying with us is pleasant in all seasons – in winter by the warm fire of the indoor fireplace, on hot days the air conditioning provides the right temperature. A fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook like at home, continues into the dining room. You can also find a microwave in the kitchen. While preparing the dish, you are still in contact with your company, as the kitchen boasts an exit to a beautiful covered terrace. On the terrace you will find a table and comfortable chairs. There you can enjoy preparing culinary delicacies and also prepare grilled dishes. Recommended for 4-5 people. Guest access The property offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful surroundings and a meadow with olive trees. You can start the day with a morning swim in the pool and continue it after breakfast with various board games on the large fenced lawn next to the villa. For lazy days, there is a relaxing jacuzzi from which you can watch your children play in the pool or on children's playgrounds. Spend warm evenings on the beautiful terrace of the apartment, where you can prepare a delicious dinner on your own barbecue, which you can also enjoy by the pool. Firewood for the barbecue is already prepared for you. In the surrounding area, you can find endless paths for walking pets, for two or alone. The sea is 4 km away, which is just right for an evening romantic walk along the coast at sunset. For gourmets and those who like to pamper themselves with freshly prepared food, you can find many good restaurants nearby. On days dedicated to recreation, you can head to the aquapark, and for those seeking adrenaline, there's an adrenaline park available. For sports enthusiasts, there are running and cycling trails nearby, and for those who love the sea and the beach, there are pebble, sandy, and concrete beaches. On those quieter days, you can simply stay on the property, lie with a book on a comfortable lounger by the pool or in the shade of olive trees, and surrender to the silence of nature.
