We invite you to our apartment located in an atmospheric tenement house located in the center of the Old Town, near the monument to Wars and Sawa. From the windows you can admire the beautiful park and townhouses, and enjoy tasty restaurants nearby. Staying with us you will have the opportunity to be in the center of the Old Town and visit the monuments of Warsaw. The whole apartment is about 20 square meters. Model 3D link: my[DOT]matterport[DOT]com/show/?m=cEc47LQyLs5 The space In the apartment we provide: - 1 sofa - a set of bed linen - towels (2x 50cmx100cm or 1x 70cmx140cm) per person - kettle; fridge, - necessary cutlery, dishes and one pot and one pan; - mobile Internet, - hair dryer; - coffee / tea / sugar / salt / pepper; - toilet paper What we do NOT provide: - shampoos and soaps; - food; - air conditioning, - cleaning during the stay. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. If you want to check in after midnight and you are afraid that you will not be able to find an apartment you can use the "phone night standby" option of one of our hosts. If you want to use this option, you should report it in advance and pay an additional fee of 100 PLN, and then you can rest assured that we will be available for you in case of any problems. Other things to note - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and in the whole facility! Any traces of violation of this prohibition (cigarette butts in the bin, ashes in the room or on the windowsill, cigarette butts in jars, smell of tobacco smoke, burns) are subject to a fine of 250 PLN. If evidence is found, no excuses on the part of the guests will be taken into consideration. - Quite at night from 10 p.m. - A 200 PLN fee for breaking the house rules. - It is possible to issue a VAT invoice (8%) - if you need it, please inform us right after making the reservation. We remind you that in accordance with the regulations of Fryderyk Apartments, the premises of Fryderyk Apartments are not adapted for stays and reception of children. An exception to this rule is possible only if the legal guardian presents a document confirming the basis for the care of the child and submits a written statement in which he/she takes full responsibility for the child during the stay. In accordance with the "Kamilka Act", i.e. an amendment to a number of acts aimed at increasing the protection of minors who have become victims of violence, i.e. the Act of 28.07.2023 amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts, Fryderyk Apartments informs about the obligation to comply with the Standards for the Protection of Minors, and you declare that your stay in it is in accordance with the content of the above Regulation and, if necessary, you are able to document it and provide us with a document confirming the safe relationship between the minor and the adult.
