This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus lounge, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. There will be construction noise which I have no control over. If you are an early riser and will be out all day then this should not effect your stay too much. If you wish to spend lots of time in the studio during day hours or sleep in you may want to reconsider. I have adjusted my pricing for this in consideration.
