The space Ideal for two families, our 2-level home with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms offers the perfect blend of privacy and shared moments. The levels are separated by an external staircase . We love hosting families of multiple generations or you might be 2 families holidaying together but still have privacy. Our home is centrally located only 400 meters from the beach and famous Wowly creek were kids grab a boogie board from toy library and ride the tide coming in and out of the Creek that's joined to the bay .Fishing from the boat ramp is also a guest favourite or paddle boarding at 6am and spotting some local dolphins . The Space: This perfect home for two families features four comfortable bedrooms, two open-plan living-dining areas, a kids' gaming area with a retro console, outdoor shower, alfresco dining with an outdoor kitchen BBQ, a sunny deck, and a huge front yard with a climbing tree and fire pit. Ground Floor: • Bedroom 1: King Bed • Bedroom 2: two Separate single beds • Living area with a huge Amazon TV for streaming and an adjoining chill area with another TV for kids • Combined toilet, shower, laundry with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher (Note: No sink in the breakfast bar; dishes can be placed in the dishwasher in the laundry/bathroom) • Breakfast bar with Lavazza Jolie Capsule Coffee Machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, air fryer, electric fry pan, and bar fridge • Dining table for 4 • Walk out to BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen, dining table for 10, a hot and cold outdoor shower • Air conditioning only on the ground floor First Floor: • Bedroom 3: King Bed • Bedroom 4: three Separate single beds • Combined living and dining area with a smart TV and work station • Kitchen with Lavazza Jolie Capsule Coffee Machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, air fryer, fridge, and dishwasher • Dining table for 5 • The living area opens out to a lovely sunny deck with an outdoor setting for 7 plus a bar table and some cozy seating (Note: The deck is ideal for breakfast, dinner, or afternoon drinks but can get very hot in the middle of the day or windy when the southerly wind comes in.) Bathroom with Shower: (Note: No bath at the property, but my 6 year old has enjoyed a bath in the shower tray. Most of the time, washing straight from the beach in the hot and cold outdoor shower equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. cool off or warm up with the split system reverses cycle air-conditioning Additional Amenities: • Wifi – broadband • Fire pit: Firewood is supplied from May to September. Fire permits apply outside of winter time. Please enquire if you wish to use the fire pits outside these dates. • Fencing: Though we love pets, our place does not have adequate fencing for your dog. The great news is that kangaroos tend to visit frequently in the evenings, so keep an eye out from the deck. Washer/Dryer: (Note: Washer and dryer are only on the ground floor.) At the bottom of the street, you have direct access to Calla Bay. One side is perfect for stand-up paddleboarding in the early hours, but keep a lookout for those dolphins. The other side is Wowly Creek; kids love taking down a boogie board in the afternoon. The water is warm and safe and connects you to Callala Bay beach. Head toward the boat ramp for some fishing or if you're up for a big walk past Red Rock, you will get to the sanctuary. Beach access is a mere 400m from the property. Guest access The rear shed is locked to guests, but the remainder of this property is entirely yours to use. Other things to note • No bath at the property • The deck is ideal for breakfast, dinner, or afternoon drinks but can get very hot in the middle of the day or windy when the southerly wind comes .We provide an umbrella but don't leave it up if your not home • No wardrobe in property but each room has a clothes rack • To hang clothes • Each floor has its own key and only an external staircase so ideal for two families but not ideal to have very young children on one floor without adults • The windows upstairs are quite low to the ground so care must be taken with very young children Registration Details PID-STRA-60282
