The space The home in which you will be staying is located in Live Oak Texas which is a small town adjacent to the North East outskirts of San Antonio Texas off IH 35 North & Loop 1604 East. All the convenience of big city living without the hassle. Conveniently located to some of the most beautiful Texas Hill Country areas New Braunfels, Gruene, San Marcos, Wimberly, Spring Branch, Blanco, Johnson City, Luckenbach , Boerne & Fredericksburg & Austin all of which are less than an hour & a half drive in normal traffic. Corpus Christi 2hrs, Port Aransas & Mustang Island 2.5 hrs. Houston about 3 hrs This is an older Home built in the 1973 and while it is not pristine with newly painted walls or new carpeting, it is nice, inviting, comfortable, tranquil, cozy and clean. It is a very safe area and in the Community oriented town of Live Oak. Guest access You have Semi private discreet Enterance via Front Door Entrance as you enter you will see Room Dividers which provide privacy for your coming and going from the home. Front Patio Foyer and Front Exercise/Meditation room are both designated common areas that you will have access to during your stay as well as the kitchen/dinning dining area & laundry area. During your stay The home owner lives in the home and is a unintrusive, quiet and private person who will be respectful of you and your privacy and except the same of you. The home owner is easy to get along with as long as you abide by the listed rules. Your bedroom has a lock and a key that you can lock when away.. The owner is available and prefers contact via text or email or if need be in an emergency situation by phone. Other things to note The home is a split floor plan with the master Bedroom on one side of the house and three other bedrooms on the otherside of the home. The bedroom you will be renting is the front room in the hallway off the entry way to the right side of the home and your bathroom is next to your room which is designated for you, and towards the back of the house at the end of the hallway is a healing room and guest room. No one other than you and the homeowner will be staying in the home during your stay.
