Please respect the guests next door. The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail from the house. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire unit except for the locked storage closet. They will not have access to the rental unit next door. Other things to note Pets allowed with $100 pet fee. The unit has a private, fully-fenced backyard. This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided. Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.
