Ideal transport connection: Highway A28/31 in about 5 minutes; North Sea and neighboring country Netherlands about 40 minutes. We have lovingly renovated this 1960s house. There is one bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Carport and a wooden storage room are available for bicycles, etc. **The house is not available not available!!!** The space The kitchen is spacious for up to 6 people! A great homemade wooden bench invites you to chat. The old wooden floor has been "spruced up" again and gives the kitchen coziness. Other things to note The canal is right outside the front door, fishing is possible in certain places, see the website of the municipality of Uplengen! The house is situated in a residential street. We do not accept installers!!
